Health services are one of the most essential parts of human life. As we know, being well and having a healthy body mainly depend on getting sufficient and satisfactory health utilities with broad comprehension at low medical expenses. In the 21th century, the health problem has become more evident throughout the world and also Turkey is the part of the controversial problem. To illustrate, the president of the USA, Barrack Obama reignited a debate concerning inferior health care opportunities and released a reform that enhances the quality of health services and facilitates to get easily-available health facilities. In recent days, Turkey has been affected by these innovations and made an effort to adapt to this reform on several counts. Thus, this unpleasant problem of health facilities can be improved via seriously encouraging proportions in order to prevent continuing drawbacks and improve the quality of people’s lives.
First of all, one practical method to cope with low-quality health services in Turkey which derive from lack of investment and priority would be to increase the number of hospitals. Indeed, raising the number of hospitals cannot thoroughly resolve these disputes because bringing out high-quality of health services not only in regard to a great deal of hospitals but also apparently related to the quality of services. Standard of services has deteriorated by lots of factors, and in order to outnumber these well-known circumstances, they should be expanded and maintained through governmental focus. By doing this, the quality distinctions among hospitals can efficiently tend to decrease day-by-day.
An alternative way to deal with this problem is to develop special courses for health professionals to refresh and further their studies. The effect of developing sophisticated courses would easily improve standards and gain momentum to the process of materializing of betterment. Related to this, the government should encourage medical research thanks to giving funds for further experiments. By applying this solution, researchers and of course doctors can powerfully subserve for patients.
Taking all these considerable solutions mentioned on the above into account, we can safely arrive at the conclusion that governments have to pay attention to solving the problem of insufficient health services whereby improving the circumstances we are in and reducing the impact of the problem on the society as a whole. The government should recognize that human beings are in expectation of qualified constitution agencies and authorities have to fullfil this notable duty.
